The staff was exceptionally kind, superfriendly. We liked the convenience of the triple room, as well as an air conditioning and a TV etc. The location was good and lovely, about 5-minute walk into town. Food was fab and their restaurant was PLEASANT. The place was modern, no complaint, can't recommend highly enough.

The rooms were brilliant and huge, equipped with climate control and multi-channel TV. Location: the hotel was adjacent to out at lunch time the next day and restaurants. Furthermore, efficient in arranging transport to the airport.

The rooms were spotless and huge with comfortable bed with good beds. The hotel had indeed a good and perfect location walk to the Pompeii ruins.

Big rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, air conditioning and a TV. The view from the window to courtyard. Marvellous spot just next door to the Malpensa Inn for a night arriving on a late flight, and terminal 2. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Centro Parco ex Dogana Austroungarica.

The personnel was superfriendly and incredibly nice. The location was favourable and absolutely perfect for traveling around Tornavento, really close to the Malpensa Inn for a night-arriving on a late flight, a great restaurant in a strip mall that was surprisingly good and terminal 2 Malpensa. It also was very close to the airport.

Location is unbeatable and lovely, away from restaurants. Also, it is short walk to airport and shuttle, and out at lunch time the next day.

The room was extremely spacious with shower rather than shower bath, a lovely big bathroom, comfortable bed and safety measures included smoke detectors. Breakfast with lovely tea.

The room was very hot, for me personally.

Outstandingly accommodating staff and attention to detail. Particularly good and unbeatable location 5 mins walk from the center. Found in the really quiet area.

I had a smooth and comfortable transfer from the airport to the hotel. The room at Malpensa Inn Aereoporto was very clean and had all the necessary toiletries. I especially loved the smell of freshly baked croissants in the morning. The hot and fresh coffee prepared to order was a great start to the day.

Nice, clean, practical, relatively close to the airport. Very nice staff, but nothing special about this place, since it obviously is a motel, where people stay on their way to or from the airport, and not a place to visit in itself. Would have liked a little bit of salty stuff for breakffast though, some ham and cheese, for instance

The taxi from airpot to hotel costed too much - 14EUR.

I had a superb stay at this hotel near the airport. The spacious and quiet room provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of travel. The attention to detail was evident in the lovely big bathroom with a refreshing shower. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond by recommending food delivery for dinner and offering complimentary transportation to our meeting venue. The breakfast selection was impressive, and I especially enjoyed the delicious cakes and lovely tea.

All was perfect, no improvement needed.

Very good hotel with clean and confortable rooms. Breakfast is available in the early morning for those that need to get earlier to the Malpensa Airport which is just minutes away.

Location - 5 minute drive from Malpensa Airport. Liked bedding very much. Possible to leave a car in front of your room. The best choice for spending a night if you arrive late at night.
